As a result of her tenures in various positions in the accounting field, Elaine Williams has extensive experience overseeing financial and human resources operations, including financial statement preparation and reporting, audit and tax, treasury, all accounting functions, forecasting, talent management, compliance, benefit administration, payroll, and third party reporting.

Entering the field shortly after graduating high school, Elaine has more than 20 years of accounting and human resources experience, including 5 years with a small ISP and computer networking firm, 4 years as Controller for a medical and industrial supply firm, 6 years as Controller/Director of Accounting & Human Resources for a manufacturing company, and various positions within the non-profit and service sectors.

Elaine graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration – Accounting from Stephen F. Austin State University and an Associate of Applied Science – Accounting from Angelina College. She is also a Certified MBA with a Master of Business Administration – Management and Strategy from Western Governors University. In addition to being licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), she has current Quickbooks ProAdvisor and SHRM-SCP certifications. Her active memberships include American MENSA and the Society for Human Resource Management.

In her free time, she enjoys sport shooting and is an active member of the Glock Sport Shooting Foundation, the NRA, and the TSRA. She holds several marksmanship and armorer certifications.
